How to use
Wakame’s mild flavor and texture make it one of the most popular sea vegetables. To prepare, simply soak in tepid water for 10 minutes. Drain and trim hard central spine if necessary. Coarsely chop fronds and boil for 1-2 mins. Mitoku Wakame is delicious in soups and salads. For salads, combine wakame and sliced cucumber in a bowl and mix with vinaigrette dressing. Serve immediately.
