Amazake Salad Dressing

This creamy, slightly sweet yet tart dressing is terrific on vegetable, grain, and pasta salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) Mitoku Amazake
  • 2 tbsp Mitoku Toasted Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup (240ml) Mitoku Organic Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mitoku Organic Brown Rice Miso
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour dressing into a jar, and if time permits, chill slightly before serving. Shake well before using.
