A traditional Japanese home remedy, used in the same way as Sho-Ban, but with gomashio (black sesame and salt) in place of soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mitoku Organic Kukicha Tea
- 1 tsp Gomashio (Black Sesame Seeds with Salt)
Preparation method
- Add a cup of hot kukicha to a teaspoon of gomashio, and stir well.
