How to make "FU"  
Place and soak "Fu" into water. For quick reconstitution, you can use 60-80degree C hot water, instead of water. (Please be sure to use heat-resistant bowl or container when using hot water.)
"Fu" is swelled to such a large size as shown below. This is because fluten is activated. The greater the degree of swelling is, the more gluten it has.
When "Fu" is soften, remove from water. Press "Fu" firmly by hand to remove excess water. (Please be sure to let water cooled enough to handle without buring hands when using hot water for reconstitution.)

Either cut into a size as desired, or you can use it without cutting.
